About

Learn more about our platform and its mission.

The Database for Resistance Mutations (DBRMC) is an interactive platform designed to catalog, link, and visualize genetic variants associated with antifungal drug resistance.

The platform originated from the DBRMC publication team’s desire to transcend the limitations of traditional, static tables found in scientific PDF papers. By transforming static datasets into a dynamic, pre-rendered web resource, researchers and clinicians can interactively explore susceptibility profiles, filter clinical isolates, and inspect genetic variants in real time.
